We are bringing back the days where great music lived in the intimate spaces of Greenwich Village houses. Known lovingly as 'LAM House' after our founder Kelly KaWai Lam, this venue hosts salon-style events bringing both classical and contemporary music. This event is our Holiday Season concert featuring an adept vocal quartet performing choral music from the Renaissance to the present-day, along with a sumptuous reception with drinks and cookies, and plenty of fun conversation! Repertoire includes Christmas motets of Andrea Gabrieli and Francis Poulenc, an American shape-note hymn by Jeremiah Ingalls, the gorgeous Shepherd's Farewell from the Childhood of Jesus by Hector Berlioz, and a recent composition by Jasper Brey based on a Gregorian theme. Come celebrate the holidays with us in elegance. Perfect occasion to bring the family, cheer with your friends or simply share some joy through music and conversation. Two showings: a Sunday matinee and a Wednesday soirée. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. All our past events have sold out, so book ahead and don't miss out!
